Hammock Pack - Your Doorstop Getaway
First of all - what is a Hammock Pack?
A Hammock Pack is a monthly surprise package, filled with themed goodies from individual vendors. It’s like a little getaway (hence the “hammock”) all wrapped up in pretty floral tissue paper and delivered right to your door.
Erin - the sweet inventor of the Hammock Pack - emailed me to ask if I would be interested in writing an honest review in exchange for a free Hammock Pack. Obviously, as a fan of free stuff, I agreed. Unfortunately, it’s been a crazy couple of months and it’s taken me forever to complete my side of the bargain.
Better late than never, here are my thoughts on the July “Garden Party” themed Pack.
It’s ultra adorably packaged, so if you plan on giving one as a gift, you’re all set. But let’s get to the good stuff - inside my surprise pack I found:

An origami lotus lantern from angelinapaloma with an accompanying battery powered candle. I might swap this out for a real candle in a small glass candleholder (tall enough not to touch the paper edges). It’s such a pretty and unique decorative piece for a girly bedroom like mine.

Chamomile lavender tea from teaandsensibility. I’ll have to pick up a tea egg before I try this out, but it smells lovely.

A Seek First rosette necklace from laurenelainemoore. Fabulous for dressing up a white tee shirt, or adding a whimsical touch to a little black dress, and it’s in one of my favorite colors!

Lilac whipped soap from simpletraditions. This works up a nice lather, smells fresh and lovely, and feels super luxurious.

And last, but not least, a pretty little hair clip from indieandchic.

For $25/pack, it’s a great value, and would make a perfect birthday or mother’s day gift. Also, if you don’t have the funds to commit to a year’s subscription, you can buy 3 months at a time, or just a single pack.
